Why buy handmade?

In general, commercial soaps are depleted of glycerin and chock full of chemical additives, which not only dry your skin out, but can also lead to rashes and other skin sensitivities or irritations. 

Handmade soaps, on the other hand, usually have added moisturizing ingredients like shea or cocoa butter, glycerin, and luxurious, skin-loving oils. Goat's milk is another wonderful emollient that results in soft, hydrated skin! 

Some of the products look edible. Can I eat them?

How long will my soap last?

Handcrafted soap lasts a lot longer if it is kept dry between uses. Using a soap dish that drains and keeping away from direct streams of water aid in loss prevention. You can reasonably expect soap to last between two to three weeks, depending on how often you use them.

Can you do custom and personalized orders?

At this time, I do offer custom made soaps and other bath products, etc for my wholesale customers. Just fill out the wholesale application along with your request stating what you need, and we can discuss your options along with pricing.

Can I get my order rushed?

Yes, if you need something RUSHED, I do have a listing you need to add to your cart BEFORE checking out. These orders are put before all others.

Why are your shipping costs so high?

Unfortunately, this company on its own, cannot offer free 2-day shipping like the infamous one can (unless you buy us on that platform). And like anything these days, shipping costs money. I do always try to combine as many products into a flat-rate box as possible to help in this area. The good news is, if you purchase $35 or over in products (US only –no wholesale orders), your order will be shipped at no extra costs to you!

Orders

I ship within 5 business days on all non-custom orders, but most of the time, it is much quicker than that. I state 5 business days in the event I get overrun with orders such as the holiday rush. I do not ship on the weekends.
Once shipped, your order’s transit time will be up to the shipping carrier of your choice and is out of my control.
