Opening an account: All buyers wanting to purchase Mother Esque products at wholesale prices, must open an account. This is an easy process and involves only a few minutes of your time. Please fill out the application provided. Once processed--usually within a day or two--I will send back my product line sheet along with wholesale prices if your application is approved. Information needed is your:

- Name

- Business name

- Contact person

- Email address 

- Website address

- Buyer’s valid EIN Number or resale permit number (This is required for tax purposes. Wholesale buyers purchase our products at a reduced price and without paying taxes on them. These taxes are, however, passed onto the buyer’s retail customers. To keep accurate records, these numbers must be on file if ever needed by the IRS.)

Minimum order requirements: There is a minimum order requirement of $200. It does not matter what quantity of products are ordered (i.e. the buyer may want 3 of each type of soap offered, but 100 bath bombs, and 1 sugar scrub), as long as the order totals to at least $200. Shipping is separate.

Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: all major Credit Cards through PayPal or Square (credit/debit card orders will be charged a 3.5% processing fee), business checks or debit cards (order will be held until cleared w/bank). Payment needs to be made in full and is due at time of order. No purchases made on credit are offered at Mother Esque Bath & Body LLC. No products will ship without being paid in full.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of these products, Mother Esque does not allow returns or refunds. All sales are final.  

Turn-around time (TAT): Order fulfillment for cold process soap can take up to four weeks, depending upon stock levels, demand, and if a new batch must be made to accommodate order(s). It is highly recommended that all wholesale clients plan accordingly. Other items such as bath bombs, lip balms, and scrubs have a TAT of 10 days. Please specify if you would like items to be sent at that time or held until the order is able to be shipped in full (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping/Complimentary Drop-off: Shipping is done via USPS and UPS, depending on size/weight of order and preference. Customer assumes all shipping costs. If you would like us to use your UPS shipping account, please provide the necessary information during our correspondence. Shipping insurance is required for all wholesale orders as Mother Esque Bath & Body LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders that may occur (some exceptions are made, depending on circumstances). There is a pickup option available within the city limits of Bemidji, MN if you are a local seller.

Suggested retail price: All products come with a suggested retail price (SRP), however, these are not binding. Some places may have a better economy than the one we are located in and can sell products for a higher price. That said, customers may walk away if they find they can purchase these same products cheaper someplace else as the products are not exclusive and can also be purchased off our own website too. Staying close to the SRP is a good way to avoid customer loss.
