Following new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control, along with our ongoing commitment to the safety of others, Mother Esque Bath & Body LLC issues the following statement: 

Face coverings are recommended by the CDC, however, due to HIPPA laws and Constitutional Rights, we cannot require you to wear one while shopping our tent at the farmer's market. Furthermore, we cannot ask why you are not wearing a mask should you decide forgo one. That right is granted to all without question.

There is a limit to the number of people we allow under our tents at any given time, and we ask that you do keep at least a good bathtub's space away from others to help reduce the possibility of community spread. Due to these Covid-19 regulations, it may take us a little longer to assist you as well.

Please note that proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed at all times, but even more rigorously now during the pandemic. All products are made in-house by owner/operator and no products are ever made or shipped out if owner/operator is feeling unwell.  

During this stressful time, we ask that you extend a little extra grace, compassion, and kindness to all, including the United States Postal Service, which may take longer than average time to deliver your online orders. Please feel free to contact them should you have concerns regarding those times.
